Chardonnay, native to Burgundy, now covers nearly half of the region’s vineyard area (49%). As the principal grape variety of the regional Bourgogne AOP, it expresses at this level the full typicity and diversity of Burgundy’s terroirs.
Our Bourgogne Chardonnay charms with intense aromas of white-fleshed fruits, complemented by floral and lightly toasted notes. It is an ideal companion for aperitifs, fish and seafood, as well as a wide range of cheeses such as Époisses, Mont d’Or, Beaufort, or Comté.
