For more than two centuries, Domaine Albert Morot has been shaping its history in the heart of Beaune’s most prestigious terroirs. Founded in 1820, the estate has gradually built one of the finest collections of Premier Cru vineyards in the appellation.
A new chapter began in 2023 when the estate was acquired by Sophie Desmazières-Poitrinal and Guillaume Poitrinal, with winemaker Pierre-Jean Villa taking the reins of the vineyard operations.
Following two years of extensive investment and improvements across the estate, Domaine Albert Morot is entering a new era, driven by the ambition to establish Albert Morot as one of the leading names of the Côte de Beaune.
